"Life is pain, Highness"

". . . Anyone who says differently is selling something."

True or not, my hip is pain. Even my cure-all of a 4 am bath didn't fix it. It might be one of the myriad of things that only time will heal.

And I don't feel like taking it out running, even though the straight motion doesn't hurt. Since everything else does, I'm going to try to take it easy. But what to do about the missing rush from running?

Sublimate! I'll scrub the kitchen floor or something today.

Your turn to copycat me, eh?

When was the last time you replaced your running shoes? If you have to think, don't run one step until you do that. Promise.

Next up, strengthening and stretching. I'm happy to tell you what's worked for me, as it's finally almost gone.

You're becoming a "real" runner, hon! Injuries make you part of the club.

"You've been mostly dead all day."

Truly one of the greatest films ever.

Hope Suzee's advice works, 'cause I don't know if you can find Miracle Max's place.

"My way's not very sportsmanlike."

I'm clueless about running, but I'll send healing thoughts your way if that'll help :)
